The Role
As a Business Intelligence Database Developer, you’ll design, develop, and optimise our global BI and database solutions, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll take ownership of database development, ETL processes, data modelling, and reporting solutions, delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performing data platforms for our global teams.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings:
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Database Development, or a similar data-focused role.
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Data Lake/BLOB storage, SQL development, database administration, and ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
Experience with Power BI or SSRS, data modelling, and ideally Python, Visual Studio, and other Microsoft Azure technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data from multiple sources and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working across global teams and stakeholders.
Fluent English plus one additional European language (German, Czech, or French preferred).

This role is based in Prague, with hybrid regime. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
