We are seeking to appoint a committed and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across St James'.

Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherSupporting pupils’ learning across the primary rangeWorking with individuals and groups, including pupils with SENDContributing to assessment, planning and pupil progressSupporting the wider life of the schoolWe are looking for someone who:
Holds HLTA status or equivalent experienceHas strong classroom practice and behaviour management skillsIs flexible, proactive and highly organisedCan work effectively as part of a teamIs committed to raising standards and supporting all learnersWe offer:
