Governors are seeking an outstanding and ambitious Headteacher who will:
Provide visible, collaborative leadership across the school community, building on an established school cultureDevelop our strong academic tradition within a nurturing environment where every student is valued for their unique qualities as a member of the school community.Champion inclusivity and social justice, empowering all members of the school community to enact positive changeLead, develop and support a talented staff team through a period of changeWork in partnership with an experienced and committed Governing BoardBring energy, resilience and sound judgement to the daily challenges of running an excellent school, consistently seeking the best outcomes within a shared visionTake on an existing new build project, due for completion in 2030
