About this role
We are looking for an individual who hasprevious IT support experience, preferably in an Education setting. The successful postholder will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Experience of working in an ICT roleExperience of managing a team or guiding workloadHave strong communication and customer service skillsExperience of educational software would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
