About the Role
You will:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across agriculture programmes.Develop engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and support achievement.Lead and coordinate allocated courses, including quality assurance and assessment activities.Contribute to curriculum development aligned to current and future agricultural industry needs.Build strong relationships with employers, schools, parents and industry partners.Support student recruitment through interviews, events and information, advice and guidance activities.Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching, learning and student outcomes.About You
You will have:
A degree or recognised industry qualification in Agriculture or a related subject.A recognised post-16 teaching qualification.Significant industry experience, particularly within livestock production.Experience of teaching and assessing learners in a formal educational setting.Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.A passion for agriculture and a commitment to developing future industry professionals.NPTC qualifications in machinery operations (ATV, Telehandler or Tractor Operations) are highly desirable.
