Actual Salary £8,495 - £9,364 per annum

Frome College is seeking a Parent and Family Support Adviser (PFSA) to join their team, focusing on enhancing learning opportunities for families and students through guidance and support. The ideal candidate will assist in addressing challenges, identify potential areas of concern, and promote student engagement within the school community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
experience of working with young people and/or families with additional needsexcellent communication and problem-solving skillsability to work confidentially in a fast-moving environment, often with conflicting prioritiesability to think and deliver services in a creative and non-stigmatising wayability to understand and interpret legislation to meet service requirementsability to undertake the role of lead professional where appropriategood literacy, numeracy, interpersonal, organisational and administration/IT skills
