Build trust and confidence with young people as a keyworkerSupport life skills like cooking, support student in making beds, and personal developmentDeliver and support fun activities—cinema, bowling, crafts, swimming, or share your hobbies!Prepare meals and complete at least one paid sleep-in per weekSupport in school one day per week (no prior school experience needed)Maintain a safe, positive environment and keep key working recordsWhat We’re Looking For
Driving license (essential for transporting children in school vehicles)Patience, energy, sense of humour, and commitmentSafeguarding awareness (Enhanced DBS check required)A Typical Evening in Residence for the children:
3:00 PM - Collect residents from school4:00 PM - Tea time4:30 PM - Plan evening activity (on or offsite)5:00-8:00 PM - Free time or activities (cinema, bowling, crafts, etc.)8:00 PM - Shower/bath time8:30 PM - Supper and free time9:30/10 PM - Settle for the eveningMorning routine: 8:00-9:00 AM - Breakfast and prepare for school
