You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps everyday operations running seamlessly, supporting campaigns, client service, and overall team effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
Prepare high‑quality reports, submissions and client documentationSupport marketing and campaign activity (InDesign/Canva skills highly regarded)Coordinate team diaries, meetings and internal communicationsManage invoicing, billing and general financial administrationMaintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team resourcesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient workflows What you’ll bring:
