Key Responsibilities:
Manage all FM procurement categories including catering, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and wasteLead sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier onboarding, and contract managementAlign procurement goals with operational requirements through cross-functional collaborationOversee daily procurement operations: approvals, reporting, documentation, and complianceResolve supplier performance issues and risks with agility and professionalismProvide commercial leadership throughout bids, tenders, and mobilisation phasesFoster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and value Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management—ideally within facilities, energy, or remote operationsProven leadership and management skills with the ability to guide teams and engage stakeholdersStrong negotiation and commercial acumenTertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business (Diploma minimum; Degree preferred)Familiarity with Energy & Resources sector requirements and procurement frameworks is a plus Why choose Sodexo?
