We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Elko New Market, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locationsLoad and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling of itemsPlan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiencyVerify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package deliveryMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumptionConduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issuesProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concernsAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesAssist with inventory management and stock organization as neededCommunicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status and any issues Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong navigation abilities and familiarity with GPS technologyBasic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventoryProficiency in using smartphones and delivery-related applicationsPhysical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyExcellent customer service and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious delivery experience preferred but not requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to work independently and as part of a team All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
