About this role
The Senior Manager, GESB Platforms is accountable for the operations, support, development and roadmap of the applications supporting the GESB portfolio, including Administration, Workflow, Imaging and CRM. The role provides end-to-end ownership of the GESB application landscape, ensuring platforms are stable, resilient, secure, well supported and aligned to current and emerging business needs. Working closely with Group Technology, the role ensures application architecture, controls, lifecycle plans and investment priorities support operational continuity, regulatory expectations and long-term platform relevance.
