About this role
The Program Director for Residential Student Success provides strategic leadership, vision, and management for Residential Education's student success efforts, residential community programs, academic initiatives, faculty engagement efforts, and assessment practices. This position advances departmental and institutional priorities related to student persistence, retention, engagement, and belonging by developing and implementing evidence-based programs, services, and interventions that support residential student success. The Program Director leads the department's strategic efforts to assess student learning, measure program effectiveness, identify trends impacting student success, and utilize data to inform decision-making. This position serves as a key member of the department's leadership team and collaborates extensively with campus partners to enhance the residential experience and advance university-wide student success outcomes.
