A Spa & Leisure Receptionist in Waldorf Astoria play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' experiences by providing warm hospitality, efficient service, and expert assistance in navigating our spa and leisure facilities. Spa & Leisure receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for Hotel Guests and Recreation members who are book spa or using the Leisure facilities. In addition, the Spa & Leisure Reception is also responsible for all membership enquiries, registrations, payments and ensuring the membership database is kept up to date.
