Join the team at Hilton Cleveland Downtown as a Houseperson and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you'll support the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering guest requests, stocking supplies, and ensuring hotel standards are met throughout the property. We're looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding guest service. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required. As a Houseperson, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of designated areas of the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
