Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Housekeeping Trainne, you’re not just developing hands-on technical expertise – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Learn and grow with experienced Housekeeping professionals: Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces while learning industry best practices. • Gain hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping operations: Assist with room preparation, cleaning procedures, linen handling, replenishment of guest amenities, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. • Conduct quality and cleanliness inspections: Help inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand standards and provide an exceptional guest experience. • Support inventory and supplies management: Assist in monitoring housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities, helping ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. • Document housekeeping activities: Record completed inspections, room status updates, and any maintenance or service issues that require follow-up. • Provide administrative and operational support: Assist with departmental administrative tasks, coordinate materials and supplies, and support daily housekeeping operations as needed. • Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests by upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality and service excellence.
