About this role
We're looking for a strategic technology transformation leader to shape and deliver the Digital & Technology (D&T) transformation agenda at M&S. Reporting to the Chief Technology Operations Officer, you'll lead large-scale change across our technology landscape, operating model and ways of working, helping teams adopt new approaches and maximise value from technology investments. You'll work with senior leaders across M&S to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, driving transformation that supports growth, innovation, resilience and great colleague and customer experiences.
