As Refrigeration Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of refrigeration specifications across our store estate, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, driving engineering innovation and delivering high-performing refrigeration solutions. Working closely with Property, Store Design, Construction, Facilities Management and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping future refrigeration strategies, improving equipment performance and supporting new store concepts through technical excellence.
