About this role
We are looking for a Fashion, Home & Beauty Model Format Manager to lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of our store format models across the M&S estate. You'll play a key role in defining technical standards, managing design specifications, and ensuring our store formats deliver a consistent, compliant and commercially effective customer experience. Working closely with teams across Property, Store Design, Construction, Commercial, IT, Security and Engineering, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our store formats while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
