About this role
Far broader than a standard estate portfolio manager role, the role plays a crucial part in delivering the transformation of the store estate through leveraging the existing portfolio to generate sustainable shareholder value. Alongside regional responsibilities at site level, the role also encompasses responsibility for ensuring an efficient operating model is in place to optimise occupancy cost across rent, rates, service charge, and insurance. This role offers a mix of office and field-based working, with time divided between our Waterside Support Centre and travel across the business as required.
