About this role
We're looking for a technically strong and commercially aware Foodhall & Shell Specification Model Format Manager to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of M&S store format models and developer shell specifications. Working across Property, Design, Construction, and Engineering teams, you will ensure our store formats remain aligned to business priorities, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability ambitions while supporting the delivery of future store development programmes. To stay close to our customers and colleagues, our support teams are in the office for at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
