Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters Extract data accurately as required by the SOP Complete notification (via system or email) to downstream team(s) and/or customer as per SOP Must have experience in insurance back-office processes Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance, understand different types of requests received and systems used in insurance processes Detailed knowledge of specific department products, workflows and procedures related to work performed Excellent interpretation skills
