Key Minimum Skills • Ability to navigate through applications to assess and research required information • Takes ownership of tasks assigned and takes them to closure in a timely manner by performing the required follow up actions • Able to muti task and be able to quickly change work priorities for the day basis volume trends, fluctuations, change in demand and in consultation with the supervisor • Attempts to get all the information accurately and in a complete manner to avoid any rework/lack of information in the downstream processes • Able to recognize trends based on day-to-day observations and make recommendations • Preferred knowledge of the US insurance industry(UW experience will be preferred) • Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements • Good business writing skills
