About this role
Basic Function The Transition Center of Excellence (CoE) resource will be responsible for ensuring that all transitions across the organization are executed in alignment with defined methodologies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards. The role focuses on driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across the transition lifecycle. The resource will review project milestones and “Go/No-Go” stages, identify and address pain points, and ensure that lessons learned and best practices are captured and institutionalized. In addition, the resource is expected to develop and implement training and development programs for Transitions resources.
