About this role
Primary Purpose Lead Fulfillment Ops will work as an Athlete advocate responsible for engaging internal Athletes (associates) in support of department operations. Team Leads will perform system and manual tasks, identify and resolve barriers for Athletes (associates) and functional areas to meet shift goals for Athletes (associates) and Fans. Role responsibility includes providing support under the direction of a supervisor or department manager.
