The Office of Corporate Engagement The Goldman Sachs Office of Corporate Engagement coordinates the global philanthropic efforts of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Goldman Sachs), including strategic partnerships, charitable giving, and employee volunteerism. Corporate Engagement is comprised of the Goldman Sachs Foundation, Goldman Sachs Gives, 10,000 Women, 10,000 Small Businesses, and Community TeamWorks (CTW). Community TeamWorks (CTW) is Goldman Sachs' flagship global volunteer initiative, mobilizing tens of thousands of employees each year to partner with nonprofit organizations and make meaningful, measurable contributions to their local communities. Together with the firm's Matching Gifts program and our broader employee engagement platform, CTW connects our people's time, skills, and generosity to causes that matter — strengthening communities while deepening employee belonging, purpose, and pride in the firm.
