Senior Project Officer (26270024)
The Centre is seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Project Officer to support a range of teaching and learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple T&L projects across the Centre, from planning to implementation, with high-quality and on-schedule delivery; • Lead key activities of project execution, including literature review and data collection; • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations and documentation for project outcome dissemination; • Contribute as a team member to the organisation and analysis of data to support evidence-based decision-making; • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, cultivating a collaborative and performing project team; and • Perform relevant administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• A master’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Education, Educational Technology, Social Sciences, and Psychology, with solid research experience; • At least five years of post-qualification work experience in project management or supporting project teams, preferably in an educational or related environment; • Openness to explore and learn new research topics and methods; • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis tools is an asset; • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment; and • Good command of English and Chinese.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
