Apply by: 27/7/2026 The overall objective of the consultancy is to assess the feasibility, institutional and technical readiness, and operational applicability of AI solutions for border management in Tajikistan. Based on the assessment findings, the consultant will develop a phased, costed implementation roadmap that outlines priority AI use cases, governance requirements, capacity-building needs and implementation milestones to support the responsible, sustainable and effective integration of AI into border management operations.
