Apply by: 27/07/2026 Position for Local Recruitment Under the overall supervision of the Regional Director and direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in Minsk (non-resident) and Moscow (resident), and in close coordination with the Programme Managers, Programme Support Unit and Resources Management Unit, the National Programme and Liaison Officer will be responsible for supporting the overall management and administration of the IOM Office in Minsk, while contributing to the implementation of the IOM programmes in line with IOM policies, standards and commitments.
