About this role
Under the direct supervision of the OHU Senior Administrative Officer, Occupational Health Unit Global Shared Services Center (OHU GSSC) and in coordination with the Chief Medical Officer of the Occupational Health Unit Geneva (OHU Geneva) and the Director of the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC, Manila). The Senior Administrative Associate will be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end administrative processes related to the following services for Professional Staff, General Service, National Officer , and non-staff personnel for the IOM Regional Offices.
