Are you passionate about preventing homelessness before it happens and making a real difference in people’s lives? Join our Homeless Prevention Service as an Early Intervention Officer, where you’ll play a key role in identifying people at risk of homelessness at the earliest opportunity and providing proactive, person-centred support to help them remain safely housed. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and solution-focused individuals who are committed to helping people achieve positive housing outcomes. Working closely with customers and partner agencies, you will deliver timely interventions that prevent homelessness, reduce rough sleeping, and support people to build long-term stability and independence.
