Are you passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our communities and helping individuals move away from rough sleeping for good? Join our Homeless Prevention Service as a Homeless Prevention Outreach Worker, where you'll work directly with rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping across Cornwall, providing practical support, housing advice, and tailored interventions that change lives. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and resilient individuals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service and finding creative solutions for people experiencing homelessness. This is a rewarding and varied role that combines outreach, casework, partnership working, and housing advice to support people on their journey away from the streets and into sustainable accommodation.
