The Associate Manager, Global Talent Development serves as a strategic program manager and learning partner responsible for delivering high-impact talent development experiences for Pizza Hut’s corporate employees. Partnering closely with the Director and Manager of Global Talent Development, this role helps bring leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and enterprise learning initiatives to life. This is a highly collaborative role that combines program management, instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, analytics, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate enjoys building learning experiences, managing complex projects, and creating programs that help leaders and teams grow.
