About this role
The AI Image Production Coordinator will support the development and execution of CGI & AI-assisted image creation for Pottery Barn. This role will help manage the day-to-day workflow, file organization, asset tracking, image handoffs, and production coordination needed to support a growing AI image process. This is a highly organized, detail-driven role that sits at the intersection of creative production, digital asset management, AI-assisted image creation, Photoshop workflow, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, visually aware, comfortable working with image files and product information, and able to keep multiple moving pieces organized across teams.
