About this role
Training Analyst creates, plans, and provides training for the new product programs. They help design and develop training materials, such as lessons, assessments, and visual aids, to help associates learn and understand the material. Continually improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of associates. Training programs may be conducted in a classroom, in a laboratory, in the production floor, or online. They also facilitate classroom discussions, run lab work, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide feedback to associates. They collaborate with stakeholders, and subject matter experts, maintaining up-to-date course content and track associate progress.
