Position Summary The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support financial planning and analysis for Global ER&D fixed cost and capital expenditure investments across the EMEA region. Based in the Pune, India Engineering Hub, this role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Global ER&D Fixed Cost and Capex (U.S.-based) to execute forecasting cycles, maintain financial models, and deliver accurate reporting that supports investment decisions. This role will collaborate with Business Unit Finance teams and regional controllers to ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and timely delivery of financial outputs. The Senior Analyst will contribute to process improvement initiatives and develop growing expertise in finance business partnering within a complex, matrixed global organization.
