About this role
The Paint Advanced Engineer serves as the technical authority for industrial paint and surface finishing processes, supporting manufacturing operations, new product introductions, and technology deployment. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, optimization, and standardization of paint processes to ensure product quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and environmental compliance. This position works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety to support NPDI programs, capacity expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives, requiring a high level of autonomy and technical leadership.
