About this role
The NPI Lead Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end mechanical design and development of new thermal management products, including Liquid Cooling systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, and Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units. This role partners closely with the Engineering Leader to align product development with business objectives and ensures successful delivery through all NPDI gate reviews.
