About this role
Job Responsibilities • Design power hardware for UPS systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and magnetic components. • Analyze and implement common power electronic topologies (e.g., PFC, inverter). • Select power semiconductor devices (IGBT/MOSFET) and design related driving, sensing, and protection circuits. • Conduct hardware debugging, testing, and issue analysis to improve performance and reliability. • Prepare hardware design and test documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields • Minimum 3 years of hardware development experience in power electronics or power supply products. • Solid understanding of power electronic fundamentals and common topologies (e.g., Boost, PFC, inverter). • Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, with the ability to independently complete schematic and PCB design. • Hands-on experience in power supply hardware design and debugging; familiarity with power devices and protection circuits.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in UPS, telecom power supplies, or photovoltaic inverter development. • Familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink or similar. • Experience with power supply systems (kW-level or above) is a plus.
