Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt level positions, while achieving above average results as a recruiter managing open positions. Provide exceptional candidate experience and effective partnership with hiring managers. Collaborate with members of the recruiting team to support short- and long-term organizational objectives.
