About this role
To provide guidance and support to the Platform Engineering team. Initiates process and performance improvements within the team improving the computing environment to meet customer needs. Proactively plans for the future by introducing new technologies and more efficient processes to increase productivity. Advises team members, analysts, and management on technical and procedural matters. Works to develop strong partnerships and communication channels with the IDS, its partners and vendors.
