Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
The Operating Room Surgical Technician assists with surgical instruments in the OR based on procedure performed, standards, guidelines, and policies set for the unit. He/she functions under the guidance of the Registered Nurse and surgeon.
• Provides safe and efficient patient transport • Implements and follows plan of care • Maintains a Safe Surgical Environment. • Maintains a Clean and Orderly Work Environment • Department support for Daily Activities
Education:
• HS diploma, Graduate of approved surgical tech school, unless LPN with a minimum of 2 years surgical experience Experience:
• Prefer experience in OR or SPD but not required License:
• LPN if not a Graduate of approved Surgical Tech School Certifications:
• American Heart Association BLS. #LI-MQ1
