About this role
The PTW and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) Coordinator is responsible for supporting safe project execution through day-to-day management of Permit to Work (PTW) activities and behavioral-based safety initiatives. This role serves as a visible field safety leader, working directly with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is properly planned, authorized, and executed safely. The position works closely with construction personnel, subcontractors, project teams, and HSE leadership to manage permit processes, coordinate high-risk activities, verify worksite conditions, and ensure compliance with safe work practices and project requirements.
