About this role
The Proposal Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and producing high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals in support of federal environmental, architecture-engineering, planning, and professional services pursuits across multiple U.S. Department of Defense and federal agency clients. This position supports the full proposal lifecycle for federal pursuits, including SF330 qualifications packages, task order responses, technical proposals, price/business volume coordination, proposal updates, interview materials, and other client deliverables. The Proposal Specialist partners with capture managers, technical subject matter experts, project managers, business developers, pricing, contracts, legal, and leadership to develop compliant, persuasive, and evaluation-focused submissions that strengthen the company's competitive position.
