Responsible for leading Quality Control operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site. Oversees quality systems, product testing, quality documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance while leading the Quality Control team. Drives continuous improvement initiatives, investigates quality issues and customer complaints, monitors quality performance metrics, and partners with operational teams to improve product quality, reduce non-conformances, and maintain company and industry standards.

Your responsibilities

Lead Quality Control operations and ensure a safe, compliant working environment in line with company policies and ISO9001/14001 standards. Manage QC systems, oversee site‑manufactured batch quality, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity. Supervise and develop the QC team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and training. Maintain the electronic QC Record Management System and ensure data accuracy and audit readiness. Monitor and report key quality metrics (batches, OTMIS, distressed batches, complaints) and drive improvement actions with Operations. Review product quality complaints and out of specification approvals for Manufacturing and Finished Products. Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards and manage internal/external audit schedules. Support continuous improvement activities across the site and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives with cross‑functional teams. Oversee laboratory operations, workflow planning, and equipment procedures (calibration, documentation, instructions).

Degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Production Technology, or related field. 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong understanding of quality management systems, auditing, and RCA/RCCA problem‑solving. Experience developing and implementing quality procedures and managing quality documentation. Solid knowledge of ISO standards; Internal Auditor certification is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related quality systems. Strong command of written and spoken English.

We offer salary range: 14,260 - 14 800 PLN
