Under the general supervision of the circulating registered nurse and in collaboration with the service-line coordinators, clinical supervisors and surgery manager, the surgical technologist II is an individual with demonstrated competence in surgical scrubbing technique(s) who provides scrub services for the department by: Ensuring the functionality, availability and sterility of OR supplies and equipment prior to the start of the daily caseload. Scrubbing and handling instruments during surgical procedures.
