RN Clinical Program Manager for our Stroke Program at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. The Clinical Program Manager RN leads, manages, and has overall accountability for the program. They provide direction to the clinical and operational activities of the program in accordance with Providence Little Company of Mary South Bay Mission and Core Values and strategic goals. The Clinical Program Manager RN will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Clinical Program Manager works with department directors, leaders, and caregivers as the subject matter expert for the program's care and quality.
