As Senior Director, Data Center Training, you will own the global training strategy, operating model, and execution framework that prepares Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center teams to operate safely, reliably, and consistently at scale. This role is accountable for building training standards that support technical qualification, site readiness, maintenance execution, emergency response, safety, compliance, and leadership development across mission-critical environments.
