About this role
The Principal Software Developer uses a wide application of principles, theories, and technology concepts related to Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, nurse scheduling, IS business processes, and/or ERP systems, to develop solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. Can lead projects and work teams and will work on multiple complex development projects. Develop or enhance existing or proposed systems and devices. Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects, and provides expert guidance in tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Typically works with Business Analysts or End Users, vendors, and IS staff to interpret appropriate requirements and develop complex systems. Will collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to create innovative end-to-end experiences from POC to final product.
