Care Manager RN at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Case Management is a collaborative practice including patients, caregivers, nurses, social workers, physicians, payers, support staff, other practitioners and the community.
