About this role
Please note that we selected Meshari Al Harbi, and we have set the technical and behavioural interviews as well. Assessment feedback for the interview: Mr. Meshari Alharbi for the Maintenance Technician position, the discussion focused on his educational background, previous maintenance experience, technical training, certifications, and availability. The candidate expressed a strong interest in developing his career in maintenance and gaining further exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance activities. In addition, we provided him with a brief overview of the working environment by showing him the maintenance workshop and selected factory areas. Although this was not a full plant tour, it gave him a general understanding of the maintenance operations and plant environment.
